Hakuba Snow Report: Japan National Collegiate Ski

Just closing out the days of February with a small dump of fresh powder snow in Hakuba. Plenty of nice soft corduroy groomers to hit. The weather this morning was overcast with some patches of blue sky. Temperature was a very nippy -13℃ at Tsugaike with some very strong winds across the top of many resorts.

It’s busy in Iwatake with the Japan National Collegiate Ski Competition kicking off. Avoid some lifts such as the Kamo 1 Pair if possible for the next couple of days at least.

Current snow depths in Hakuba (thanks to Snow Navi):

Happo-one 190cm
Tsugaike 260cm
Goryu 290cm
Hakuba 47 238cm
Iwatake 185cm
Norikura 190cm
Cortina 370cm
Kashimayari 160cm
